CHEF TARZAN - Stir-fry Bell Peppers with Tiger Prawns and Sakura Salt

Steps:
- Marinate the prawns in sakura salt for 3 minutes
- Sauté shallots, garlics, and green and red bell peppers
- Add a pinch of sakura salt
- Once the shallots turn translucent, add Shaoxing wine
- Put the tiger prawns in when most of the wine has evaporated
- Stir then put the lid on and let sit for a minute
- Add soy sauce and ketchup
- Reduce the sauce till it thickens
