Upside-Down Japanese Peach Cake

Method
- Step
- Simmer the granulated sugar and water on low for 10-12 minutes until golden, to make the caramel sauce
- Lay peach slices tightly on the cake pan
- Pour in caramel sauce
- Mix flour, ground nutmeg and baking soda with a fork
- Use a blend to mix the butter and sugar
- Pour our flour mix into the butter and keep mixing
- Add one egg at a time and mix again
- Pour batter on top of the peaches
- Bake the cake at 180 °C for 30-35 minutes
