She specialises in designing calorie-slashed recipes such as gluten-butter-cream-free and low-sugar desserts, as well as low-sodium savoury dishes that helped her lose 60 pounds in eight months. Since 2014, she has designed more than 300 calorie-slashed recipes and has gained popularity across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and beyond.
