Started to learn tea ceremony under Urasenke 3 years ago to study the tea and Japanese culture. For the past 5 years study in ECOLE DE PATISSERIE DE TOKIO, she has learnt more than 70 types of Jonamagashi, Hannamagashi and Higashi.
