Kitty Chan has had a passion for cooking since she was young, especially pâtisserie. She has explored French-style pastry, traveling around and learning from different chefs and pastry lovers. She studied at and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu (Pâtisserie), and she enjoys experimenting with recipes. Her biggest satisfaction is to see smiles on people’s faces after they take a bite.
Kitty also works as a part-time tutor at ABC Cooking Studio.
